    Escrima uses hand techniques also, though I haven't got too much into it, the theory is "what applies to the stick applies to the hand".

    The list is obviously wrong, kung fu isn't on there. I mean, all we do is practice killing people with our bare hands. That's why we don't ever spar, we'd all be dead. Then who would you guys make fun of?

    I'm a former Marine. As much as it pains me to admit that a dirty army dawg knows what he's talking about, Gezere is right. Some of the MCMAP training is total crap.
    Shut the hell up and train.
