hi everyone, i recently voted on the pole about wushu and it got me thinking, wushu is not half bad. if you do all of the forms and stuff, you become very flexible and in better shape. if you are good at the forms you also might have a chance to do some stuff in the film industry. plus it looks really cool :) and if you wanted to lern some stuff that would be better for fighting, you could lern san shou. what do you people think?

I enjoy the forms of wushu. However, I think wushu is definetly for the young. A person my age, with no experience would find wush very difficult due to the gymnastics that is involved. I think San Shou is a nice art too. I enjoy watching Chung Le fights.

San shou is not an art unto itself, its a venue.
