    I've seriously been thinking about beefing up the old buttocks. I've learned that all my PT in dive school is going to be on concrete, and my boney tailbone doesn't roll too smoothly. Not like I'm lacking in the booty department, but I need some more cushion anyhow.

    Most people at the Gym just have no idea.

    I was never a bicep junkie but after learning more about functional strength I rarley do isolated lifts of any kind.

    I've been wondering if you added that bit under your avatar after our long discussion on the subject.


    I'm going to find a place to start lifting as soon as I get a paycheck. I'll be sure to include heavy squats and pull throughs to the regiment. Thanks for the tip.
