I'm in the vain of "They all sucked" except the Deadly Arts show on Muay Thai. I liked the fact that she admitted during the show that out of all the martial arts she's tried, Muay Thai was the most demanding physically. She also worked her butt off even though she was sick and you could tell cause she looked like crap. The other shows of that series sucked though. The one on Cap was ok...but only slightly. For the most part, they all do. The ones I remember seeing when I was younger, I thought they were so cool. I even remember the "Human Stun Gun" fellow setting a "world record" for knocking out the most people at once...what a load!
