I think it's funny that he disses side control...I see that used a lot more (and a lot more successfully) in ADCC than, for instance, the full mount.
I know this is only one guy--but most people who take full mount on Marcelo would be better off staying wherever they were. The number of times he takes the back or a leg from there is just sick.

Style: bjj PURPLE belt--
totally in agreence. I have trained with Gokor, wicked leg attacks, and because of this I always have them in the back of my mind. Half-guard, mount, side-mount, north-south, leg locks are available from all these positions. Oh yeah and back control.
