Moose, if the knee still isn't completely healed it might be a good time to work on your hand skills. Pain in the muscles in fine. Pain in the joints is BAD. Let pain be your guide.

I would normally highly recommend running to boost your cardio, but you should hold off on that as well until your knee can handle it. Your best bet is probably to hop in the pool a few days a week and swim laps.

Moose, you're cardio is bad because you haven't been rolling. Once you're rolling again, your cardio will come back.

My cardio has always been my downfall. Tonight, doing some light mma-style sparring, i completely ran out of gas, and got pwnd.

Getting punched in the face is a great motivator, but sometimes you just have nothing left! haha.

I'm going to start rolling with a little more intensity, and when my knee gets healed, due some good ole fashioned road work.

Do you guys think i'm worrying too much about this stuff, and should just go with the flow?

That is not conducive to passionate cunnilingus, my friend, let me assure you.

Not necessarily. Your drive for self improvement will take you far in life. You just need to learn to listen to your body. Make injury recovery your top priority in the short term.

Everyone's been telling me that lately. Its just, its hard to think long-term at this age, and i miss training.

I decided, though, that i'm only going to go 1-2 days a week, and go light until my knee feels 100% again.

I'm a little worried that i'm still having trouble with it, though.

**** that ****, moose. Hit the squat rack and go for you max! Right after that, go outside and start running whind sprints. When you're about out of gas, start pushing cars. Remember to go through the pain! That's just weakness leaving your body!
