Hellacious workouts. It can either tone or build muscle, depending on how you use it.

Honestly, i really like it. So far my arm endurance has gone up (i can last longer on the speedbag) and i feel the burn/soreness. However, there are some hella knowledgeble people on here, and i wanted to know if its all its cracked up to be, or if its good, recommend it to people.
But seriously, i feel great, and my chain punching has never been faster! (not that i've ever tried, really)

the speedbag is pretty much just for the "punch" or "twist" You can use it for military presses/arm extensions, but its only 12 pounds, so its not much.

The cross trainer and above come with an asymmetrical weight in the middle. You move the weight to one side, to make it harder for that particular side. I can't find any more vids, i'll try to make some and put them up tonight, though.
Really, anything you can do with dumbells or weights, you can do with this thing. The cool thing is the handles rotate, so you can switch exercises fairly quickly. If you have good dumbells or weights, this doesn't bring anything new to the table. Its a cool machine though, and the speedbag is murder on your arms.
With the speedbag, if you lay on your back, and hold the machine off at an angle, it works your abs, too.

Think of it less like chainpunching, and more like using a normal speedbag. Its a great workout, and extra strength is usually really good.
Don't tell squerlli.
