Yes, it is limited, but in the same school they teach freestyle, which is not...
If there where a pure Luta Livre School I would be there, like a shot...however, only MMA with LL can be found... :-(Canuckyokushin:

wow this is incredibly easy one- GRECO-ROMAN.
you won't find better grappling anywhere. the luta livre class is most likely not taught by an ex-wrestlers, so chances are they will suck with takedowns. greco-roman is great for MMA also, as it eliminates the takedowns which can be countered easiest, (see shots to the legs). you specifically said you wanted to grapple and not pull-guard... which makes greco-roman perfect, next time you are training bjj, you can easily toss them and gain great position in side countrol or even mount.Last edited by xoaxos; 1/28/2004 7:44am at .
