Below is a video of myself and a classmate sparring this past Saturday. I am wearing the grey shirt. We're going fairly light and just trying to learn the basics.
I've been doing MT since the beginning of the year and have been sparring since the end of February.
What I see as my flaws here are: my kicks are telegraphed at times and I don't come in enough after jabs to get additional strikes when opportunities arise.
Can anyone suggest anything else?

I don't have a whole lot of striking experience, but I suggest you stay up on your heels a little more and practice with your hands a bit more. Your punches looked a little sluggish.
Again, I'm no expert but maybe aim your jabs a little lower?

I have sparred with guys who were very very quick and I should try to emulate what they do.

Moving around on the balls of your feet should help with your speed and by doing that you should be able to bounce in and out of whatever range you choose to be in. If you develop that and your punching speed you should be pretty good to go.
Next time you spar just make sure you remember to keep on the balls of your feet. Make sure you do it, because in the heat of the fight it's one of the easiest things to forget to do.

If you were the guy in the black shirt, I'd be more concerned. His kicks are pretty terrible.
It also looked like your punches were all to the head. Don't underestimate the power of a good body shot.

I would say try to stand your ground more often and check kicks more instead of trying to dodge every kick. I think this will make your defense better and open up more opportunities for counters. Of course you should avoid some kicks but you should also learn to block more effectively.
Also you should try to maintain your stance when moving around. You have a habit of walking backward, you should step back with the rear leg and then the lead in most cases in order to maintain your stance and balance.

Throw combinations and more importantly finish your combinations. If you are throwing a jab cross hook cross and the first cross misses that doesn't mean you're done and maybe try again next time. Stay in the pocket and finish your combination.
You are also jumping in and out of range without much reason. You want to be moving in and out of range when it is good for you and bad for your opponent. Only move out of range when you are protected and need to stop getting hit. If you partner throws one glancing shot it is not time to jump out of range.
The best advice I've ever been given about changing range is that you want to follow your opponents shots in. As they are pulling their hands back hopefully from missing you come in right behind their hands and hit them before they can cover. Many fighters take a second to bring their hands back to guard. This is a great time to hit them in the face.
