This guy's not gonna fight me.

I guess he says he'll come over to American Top Team and spar me there.

We'll see about that. If he does, and I hope he does, I'm gonna punch him right in the nose.

Of course, he keeps shying away from even reffering to 'sparring', instead saying things like 'yea, I'll come over there, we'll train and stuff. Cool. it'll be fun to get back into it.'

He said he has a back injury and needs to work on his cardio before he can spar me.

I repeat- OI.

If I was him I woulda kicked my ass.

You do know that he's just going to move the goal post further back everytime you meet his demands. You sure this isn't Ashida Kim at his day job or something?

True to form, I bet this guy would fight BudoM, but for his bad back... or maybe he's too deadly, or perhaps his instructor (on his deathbed after the attack by ninja monks) made Frankie swear that he'd never use his skills against another human...

If this guy runs his mouth as much as you say he does, most likely, one of your co-workers will ask him why he doesn't fight you.

My advice, sit tight and wait for him to hang himself with his own rope. Don't do anything that could endanger your job, especially offering to fight him anywhere on or near company property.

Continue to politely invite him to ATT to train, preferably with other people present. If he doesn't stop prevaricating, most people will see through his bullshit.

Guys like this always hang themselves. Sit back and enjoy the show.
