It was my fault because I was muscleing and jerking the move. At the time I weighed about 285-290 lbs and most of the guys in the class were near the 160-180 lb weight. Coming from a wrestling background in HS it was hard to change from explosive movements to a finnese style. As far as the instructor not letting me do the move I'm sure it was because he didn't want any injuries. This was a white belt beginer class I was taking. He watched me like a hawk. Maybe he thought I was going to have a heart attack LOL.

I wasn't being a spaz either.. Infact the only injury I suffered was when I forgot to tap to an armbar. I mean I just totally forgot and the guy kept slowly applying more and more pressure thinking he didn't have it sunk in correctly.

Tricky to sink an RNC or take a kimura because of big arms? BS. You really don't know much about BJJ, do you? If you want to learn submissions, and therefore, sub defense, study BJJ, no question about it.

because you suck, because you don't know what you're talking about, and because school is just about to start again and you should be at Target shopping for new pens and stuff like that.

In all seriousness, lesnar is like an ork from warhammer. He's bigger then you, so that means he's better then you.

Grappler, stfu. for all the reasons Serge said, plus you're an idiot.

Lesnar is like the huge-ass Orc dudes ran around naked and who blew up the castle
Many things we do naturally become difficult only when we try to make them intellectual subjects. It is possible to know so much about a subject that you become totally ignorant.

What reason do people have to think that Lesnar ISN'T training submissions? His camp has solid grapplers there, and I understand Erik Paulson (who was world-class skills) is assisting in his training as well. It's not like he's holed up in Team quest or Hammer House or something. He just hasn't been doing this very long, and against someone as hard to sub as herring( in 40 fights, he's been subbed exactly once, and it was by Nog), he fell back on what he's been doing for 18+ years.

So, just to be clear, Greg Nelson is a full Shooto Instructor, as well as a Pedro Sauer black belt in BJJ.
