    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    bone conditioning

Hi. I have heard some talk about bone conditioning so I am wondering if it really works? should I talk to a doctor before I start with something like this? anything I do to my skeleton is permanent and therefore I should think twice before I do it right?

I found some posts about it and I found some videos on youtube but I find it hard to figure out what is good advice and what is not. (I am really that clueless)

I would like to work on my legs so I could do low kicks properly also I will probably do something to my knuckles if I decide to do this.
Have anyone actually tried it? and If somebody have would you recommend it?

What the heck for? Just kick/punch a heavy bag! No human opponent you'll ever have to face will be as tough as a tree...

in terms of hardness of composition, I mean. They'll surely be much better fighters than the av-e-rage tree.

    That's a banana tree.

they're not that tough, as fighters. . .

Kicking a bag is much more productive.

    Traditionally trained MT fightersusually
die in their mid to late 30s, due to blood clots
in their legs (from kickin trees?). "Tempering"
    of that fasshion is extreme.
