Yes, an osoto gari is not a trip.
Throws and takedowns that I've used:
ultra reaping hip throw
lateral throw/floating throw
punch face really hard and watch them fall down
Modified circle throw "gutwrench"

Yeah SAMBO suplex. You start off like a regular suplex but the angle is slightly different. You turn the body in mid air, partially letting go of the body, then you basically clothesline slam the person into the ground.

omega, by ultra reaping hip throw do you mean uchi-mata or harai-goshi

I have been doing a lot of bodylock takedowns lately, and headlock sumi-gaeshi

Everyone should do suplexes.
How do you do a headlock sumi gaeshi? Do you mean like from a guillotine, but not necessarily with the choke?
You want some birth control? You can smoke a cigarette.

As far as the more rare judo takedowns I've seen in MMA:
Uchimata (Sak does it to Newton as a counter to the outside leg trip/ko ouchi gake)
harai goshi (oyama does it to dan henderson, and that guy kimura does it in the choke video when it shows him competing in shoot fighting)
sasae tsuri komi ashi (oyama does it twice to renzo)
sumi gaeshi (sak and karo parisyan)
ippon seionage (karo, and newton, though newton doesn't pull it off perfectly)
o soto makikomi (karo)
te garuma (rampage does it all the time... isn't it called a duckunder in wrestling?)
koshi garuma (Yoshida, and also the guy from russian top team who fought alistair overeem)
Tomoenage (Leneinger does it to Guy Metzger, and then proceeds to get beat on)
and that's it I think. I'd imagine that harai goshi, uchi mata, and koshi garuma, and sasae tsurikomi ashi would be the most high percentage. Maybe sumi gaeshi at times, too, but I'd imagine you'd get more chances from your own guard and you could use it as a guard sweep into mount.

I think of osoto gari as something I figured out in second grade.
OTOH, ko soto gari is not something I'd imagine people doing instinctively.
Being fair, I've had more luck with ko soto gari in randori. Especially against overly aggressive people.
