    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Superstars of other MMA organizations?

I just went to this site and found about 50 mma leagues:
    http://www.mmamadness.com/mmapedia.html?category_id=1

I'm mainly familiar with fighters from the UFC/Pride.

Do you think there are any fighters on the same level (or close) as GSP/Silva/Fedor etc. from these other organizations?

    Thanx

No, I don't think so. But that doesn't mean that there no one in those leagues have the POTENTIAL to be just as great.

The key difference is experience, and not only with competition but with the level of competition available in the big leagues.

Superstars, as in skill or popularity. Because Kimbo is pretty damn popular despite having a limited skillset.

    Skills.

I like watching videos of the great fighters, just wondering who else is out there besides the more well known fighters.

Well here is one, look for:
    Giva (Givanildo) Santana

They call him the "Arm Collector"; he has like an 11-0 record right now with I believe 9 or 10 of them by arm bar.

I'm sure their are a number of people out their who are "lesser" known but still great fighters.

    Short answer: no

Long answer: The UFC gets it's fighters from the top crop in those lower organizations. Most of them will be destroyed by the already established names.
