The IP in question was very strange. Bending over hitting the hands over and over and over until the block breaks is not very good IP in my opinion. You are using horrible structure, and cutting off energy that would flow through correct structure. That bending would suggest the person is using much more body as external power to help break the block versus using authentic Iron Palm power.
I have never sat there and hammered away at a block or blocks. Just wind up and break it.
Seems the IP method here is not that strong, or the people performing it are not well trained.
The other grainy videos are hard to see what is actually going on.
I would need to see it in better quality as the person who broke the 4 inch block after reapeated blows was recorded in.
