There's pretty much no practical way that you're going to get a good cardiovascular workout by doing jumping jacks.
Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

You don't need a skipping rope.
Do box jumps.
Pick 4 points on the floor in a rectangle shape. Jump from point to point clockwise for a few minutes, then reverse it for a few minutes. As fast as you can.
For variety jump to points in specific orders.
I got these from Frank Shamrock's home workout tape (also on Tony Cecchine's Catch Wrestling fitness DVD)
The squat thrust.
Drop down to a push up, spring back up, jumping off the ground as high as you can, repeat...
