As I understood it, eating egg whites by themselves is what leads to the deficiency, but as whole, the two parts together work symbiotically.
It's just something I started doing a couple years ago, and it ensures I'll always get a breakfast, no preplanning. It's not like I shy away from a full breakfast when the occasion suits me, but the eggs have not failed me. Can always gulp down two and head to work.
I know it's not something for everyone, and generalizing personal gains with such and such food is Faux Pas, but I got a whole lot more cut from eggs than I ever gained from "GNC Ripped Kit" I wasn't even expecting gains in this way, but six months into it I realized the effectiveness of them as a supplement.
I crave for the raw eggs if I go a couple days without them.
Also, I remember reading that Salmonella isnt dangerous if your a healthy grown person, but only dangerous to old people or babies with weak immune systems. I'd probably just have the shits for a day, may already have passed it through a few times.

2) Salmonella is one cause of food poisoning. It won't kill healthy grown people, but it can certainly make them sick - and in my experience, set them back in their training.
I drink a redbull a day. It makes me hungry so I eat more food and can get to my goal weight.
Is this bad?
To be honest, even if it is, I wouldn't not do it.
Depends. Caffeine is a stimulant, and usually one uses stimulants to boost your metabolism and lose weight. If you eat more extra calories from the added hunger than you're burning because of the caffeine, you should increase your calorie surplus.

There is nothing worse than food poisoning or gastric infection. In 18+ years only three times I've had to take several days off work - my nasal reconstruction, my staph (and allergic reaction to bactrin) and stomach flu (norovirus). Norovirus was the worst of the worst.
Just cook your **** and say no to raw food... oh wait, I like sushi.

I drink alot of pasteurized liquid egg whites. Any idea on how they compare to raw/cooked varieties as far as digestibility and biotin issues?
I'd expect pasteurized egg whites to behave about the same as raw egg whites.
