Wasn't Rampage arrested by the Costa Mesa Police Department. That's Orange County. Though OC is part of the LA area I wouldn't put the OC police in the same category as LA police as being known to beat up minorities. Actually, the OC police are pretty nice.

I recently talked to a Costa Mesa officer who confirmed that his department handled the arrest. He was not there so this is all second hand information but he said that Rampage was cooperative once he was out of the car, and secondly Rampage was talking about devils coming into his life since his recent UFC loss.
