On many different times I have seen Fedor Emelinanenko carry out full conversations in English. But as you saw in Affliction he used a translator. Now I will admit his English is pretty bad. It really is hard to understand at times. But Fedor is notorious for his good sense of humor. So if he using a translator as a joke or is it to make sure ntohing is lost through his bad english.
YouTube - Fedor vs. Mark Coleman - Backstage 'Roid Rage?
He has a few conversations in English in that movie, his accent is very thick, but it is english lol
The only conversations he has there are with other fighters though.
My guess is he's a nice enough guy to try and talk with his colleagues (for that they are) across language barriers but when the talk turns professional (interviews, press conferences) he just wants it done right.
Makes sense, I was just curious because he has an awesome sense of humor. So I was wondering if it was like a joke or not.
I don't think Fedor will date you Dozer.
Booom tish.... hehehehe nicely played

I totally agree bitparity. I mean why the **** should a guy learn the language of his employer and the majority of his fan base? That would be far too productive.
Wait, now I get it, your not a idiot after all. Your just an interpreter hard pressed for a job, right?
