    Congratulations on the good showing. How long have you been training?
    I ask because I have only been trianing in jits since the begining of the year
    and I'm thinking about entering a local competition in october.

    Damn dude, your diet is pretty crappy. I would probably have serious heart trouble if I ate like that.

    Ty, been at it about a year, minus some setbacks (broken rib, broken toe, then multiple car accidents). I did fine. Could have been better, could have been a lot worse.. especially considering how badly I had gimped myself the day before.

    Most people probably would. I don't recommend it. It's caused me to start working on some major changes. New diet, weight training, extra class per week.
