Some good news for those interested. Originally the Michigan Open BJJ tournament was scheduled for these dates, but now that got pushed back to September. Bukow and I will be there, any other bullies planning on attending?

To all of those who didn't attend it was a great seminar.

Here's a recap of what was covered:
We went over a throw each day. The first day we covered Uchi mata, and the 2nd day we covered Kata Garuma. We went over grip/footwork setups and then we followed through with the throws.

    Day 1:
Day one was practially all cross guard. We went over the basic setup and then covered multiple situtations. The whole two hours was dedicated to the basics of that game and the moves that spin off it. Great stuff.

    Day 2:
Day two was defending/sweeping from the turtle position. This was great because I worked on it with him in a private so I felt like I got a lot of info out of it. We learned 4 sweeps from the turtle and 3 ways to attack the turtle.

Both days were ended by everyone lining up and rolling with Flavio, which was a lot of fun.
