Okay... well, I'd say that given the nature of the activities you listed, some soreness from them is normal. I don't know what your armbar drills consist of, but in BJJ terms, tap early and often. As far as roundhouses go, talk to your instructor. Maybe the floor could be made less sticky, or, better yet, maybe there's a hitch in your form that you could correct.
