    The Kneck

    What kind of excercise do you do to strenghten the kneck? Is this a neglected area? Are wrestling bridges the best thing to do?

    There is a harness you can get that allows you to attach weights and to do neck moves to build up neck muscles.
    The neck work in wrestling and football is pretty good.

    Bridging is as controversial as the clothespin effect on your knees (squats).

    I do isometrics but no bridging.

    Ok....with that Upa thing.... do you bridge with mainly your khips and kshoulders?
