Normally, I'd say I was grappling, but I was taking down and mounting people, and JFS has kindly informed us that takedowns and being mounted are neither grappling nor anti grappling, so I'm not sure what the **** I was doing. Maybe schroedinger's sparring, where it's neither grappling nor anti-grappling until somoene observes it and collapses the waveform, and then I RNC a cat to death.----fatherdog

    WHY !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

As far as I can tell it's for the entertainment of the non-martial artists watching :D

I want a telescoping baton like the monkey king had in his ear. Then, staff/bo might actually be a relevant street art.
Punches in bunches and kicks kicks kicks!

Wow, Greg you actually WANT to be a walking pile of ash waiting to happen/

    Ballsy, stupid, but ballsy.

Anywho, poi is good, all I got sto say about that.

Deffinatly seems like some of these weapons forms folks lately have been copying off the fire dancers, which really doesn't say much for the martial in their "martial art".

I have never heard of the "monkey king"'s iron cudgel referred to as a telescopic baton. Next thing you know, the ASP corporation will be listing it on their website as a testimonial.

    THE ASP BATON

    "Improved public profile"
    "Unparalleled psychological effect"
"Used by hundreds of state and federal law-enforcement units"
"And an immortal stone monkey that once laid waste to the Chinese Celestial Court with one"
