If they are going to spin their staff, they need to stop spinning these toothpicks and get a real staff. I use a White Oak 6 foot staff and its a thick one. It may not be as flashy as the "toothpicks" they spin but I can make that baby move and..I actually know how and have used it. unlike most of those cheerleaders at touranments.
