    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Lyoto Vs Thiago Silva

Is on for UFC 89. Why the hell Lyto isn't getting first crack at a title shot is a goddamn mystery to me.

I think Machida is going to destroy him.

They're both undefeated fighters. I think this will be a great test for both of them and the winner should get a crack at top contender status.

The 205 belt is definitely up for grabs..

Machida is gonna end up being 20-0 without a title shot.

Because they are both 13-0. That being said, it is only fair for them to duke it out for a title shot. Why does Machida deserve it more then Silva? Lastly, it's an awsome match up that is going to tarnish one fighters record and almost gauentee the other a shot for the belt. A good call by the UFC in my opinion.

This should be a good match. I'm backing Machida to win via 'higher class' but Thiago isn't a fighter that is to be out classed easily.

    Should be a great match!

Once again folks we will play the "Who has he beat?" game. For the folks at home, be sure to use fight finder so as not to face the scorn of Fatherdog.

Maybe to give Machida a little more legitamacy?

It's about time they set something like this up. Having Machida, Evans, and Silva running around with undefeated records isn't that good. At least this cuts the number of undefeated fighters down by one for sure. I hope whoever wins that fight will get a title shot soon.

To be fair (and I'm a Machida fan), Thiago knocks people out with his stand-up. This can't be consistently said of Machida.
