Why don't you settle for freestyle and/or American folkstyle? Freestyle is better IMO. Greco Roman is pretty limited whereas freestyle has the big upper body throws found in GR as well as big throws using legs and various takedowns like doubles and singles.
American folkstyle is slightly worse than freestyle due to some stupid anti-slam and other "safety" rules, but I'd still choose it over GR if only for the fact they use doubles, singles, etc. -

Maybe it's because it was what I did, but I found folkstyle to be much better from a "fighter" perspective due to the focus on groundwork. The flatten out for 15 seconds thing in freestyle really kills having much groundwork. It's like a Judo school that's 80% nage waza.

Know of any reputable clubs for free or folk in Sac. What should I look for?
I know we have judo around here, 2-3 clubs.
My goal is to really work on clinch fighting. I am at an excellent and well-rounded BJJ school, its the clinch (and subsequent take downs) that I am looking at getting better at. -

I found a whole list of them through that website you posted in the San Francisco Bay Area. The first one (Alliance Wrestling Club) looked pretty solid.
I'm not sure if you'll find many that are only 18 and up, but there are several that seem to cover all ages. I don't actively wrestle anymore so I can't tell you if they're good or not, but wrestling is much less complex than something like Judo so the fact that they have a club should be a pretty good starting point. -
