It is, its only 42 minutes. And that's including all the introduction and opening montage. The introduction goes on longer than some of the instructional chapters.

That sucks, 15 £ for 42 minutes of crap instruction! Those 15£ could've been used for something better, like buying a pile of cornettos...
I'd give you 5£, but I don't have any.

I have a few advises my self, how to effectively apply TKD against every other style.
1) Kick them in the nuts, repeat until they are unconscious or spit out their balls, which ever is first.
2) poke them in the eye with a spear hand or spear hand to the throat
3) ELBOW TO THE SPINE

those advises are free and will work against any style, I could make a 45sec. video with 5 min intro but I don't want to blow my production budget... :XXjester:
