    Just one question to add:

    are you lactose intolerant?

I am. I have Italian ancestry and any raw milk products tear me up inside if I take more than a half cup at a time. I'm fine with cheese and yogurt.

If I drink a whole cup of milk I need at least two lactaids to prevent painful bloating and gas.

Yah I'm curious about that too.

Though I dunno why you'd want to cut down on stinky farts anyways. That's my main submission technique.

For one thing, it helps with digestion (and subsequent defecation via stool softening.)

Barring spices and food intolerances, soups, congees, pudings, gels, and stews are easier to digest than solids.

Also, it makes sures that you are hydrated (there is such a thing as having a dehydrated gut), and help reduce/control stomach acidity. This creates a good environment for your healthy bacteria... aand avoid problems with ulcers or uber-acid **** burning and peeling the skin the living tissue out your pooper on the way out - anyone that has eating one uber-spicy chiplote burrito too much with coffee or beer knows this too painfully well. It's like passing a burning coal or something. :tongue6:

Moreover, it helps with portion control: your brain takes several minutes to realize the stomach is full (which is one of the reasons why people don't realize at first that they are over-eating.)

Controlling your portions, minimizing the chance of above-normal stomach acidity and being hydrated helps with proper digestion and defecation.

Drink water and your pooper will thank you for it (as well as those near your ahtmospheric vicinity.)

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

My farts actually got to the point of clearing the office and making some people retch. A few months later this was also accompanied with stomach pains and 'toilet trouble'.

I thought it was lactose intolerance but it continued.....

To cut a long story short, by eliminating certain things from my diet, I discovered it was Oats doing this. Lovely Oats, the corner stone of my breakfast :(

is the timing as important as actually drinking the water? I usually have water with my meals but don't really think about drinking it 10-15 minutes prior...

Make sure you are taking the time to chew your food well enough. I used to be a fast eater and think nothing of it, I guess it caught up to me and I started to have really bad indigestion. Someone offered me the advice of chewing my food better and it literally changed my life, I became more regular and my stools were healthier as well as solving the flatulent problems that I was experiencing. Remember, your stomach doesn't have teeth!
