I seem to recall challenges being levelled by various parties in the V-Force thread. This coupled by the ALL CAPS 'always open" comment warranted my concerns that this thread would return to that.

Your help is appreciated. This thread is an extremely serious issue, I'd like to see it done right.

I has been brought to my attention by numerous instructors about you coming to my facility about your background and lack of proof thereof. Now I went through the same BS as you but I had to prove it to them.

My training center is on the line and I cant have any negative press....I have worked very hard to achieve my status in the MA community, and I am sure you can understand my concern.

Can you answer the questions that have arose and certificates, discharge papers and so on?

Here are the questions that I would like answered if possible: If you refuse to answer, I will have to cancel the seminar dates.

Question 1)
Do you have any Black Belts? (yes or no, and if so, in what?)

Question 2)
Did you really believe that you are the sole, beginner/founder/father of "reality-based training?"
Or, is it an advertising gambit?

Question 3)
If you did 6 or 8 years in the Costa Mesa, CA Police Department, why did you write on your webpage once that you did 10 years? Is it 6? 8? or 10?

Question 4) SWAT 3-parter
a-Did you ever actively raid and/or perform actual, high risk SWAT jobs?
b-Was this actuallya rear-command post assistant position?
c-Have you ever tested/passed to be an field-SWAT team member in Costa Mesa? Anywhere?

Question 5)
How and why exactly were you discharged from the Army after 8 months?

Question 6)
Did you ever say or advertise, or suggest that you were in US Army Special Forces?

Question 7)
Did you feel funny at all advertising that you performed some 140, "post 9-11" counter-terrorism missions? As a sky/air marshal flying in planes?

Question 8-
Do you know Chuck Habermelh, police and police trainer?

Question 9)
Your use of the title "Sergeant." This was just an ad-nickname right? Then you became a real SGT in the state military reserves as late as 2006? (This seems to be an issue in the POWNET. You could clear that up and say was it used as an advertisement gambit?)

Question 10) Three-part question
- Why do you never mention HSS International in your EXTENSIVE, "day-by-day" resume?
- Why did they fire you and why are you not suitable for re-hire?
- Many of the agencies you claim to teach, were actually first obtained by HSS and not by you?
Yes? No? HSS has tens and tens of instructors. You were just one of that throng?

Question 11)
Why were you forced to leave the Orange County Sheriff's Office Reserves?

Question 12)
You say, you taught a "myriad of courses" at the California, USA, Marine base, Camp Pendleton. Weren't these all really HSS Interntional gigs that you helped with out with as an HSS employee?

Question 13)
Why exactly...were you forced to prematurely leave the sky, Air Marshals?
