    Resting Periods

I would like to know peoples resting time from working out and weight lifting. I seem to need 2 full days of rest whenever I work out my arms or legs. Is this too much or what?

Depends on what your lifting, schedule, and the way your body works. 2 days isn't a lot if you feel your body may need that. Me, personally, I do weight MWF run, bike,or some type of cardio on T,TH...and rest up sat and sun. Unless I'm in that mood to work out. If you want..why don't you try doing arms and legs on friday..that way you have the weekend to rest and probably won't feel like your resting to long...and you can work the abs every day. but again, it depends on what your lifting and schedule.
