215-192= an awful lot of weight to lose in a single month.

I started 6/11/08

it is now 7/21/08

So, it is now 40 days - and I lost 5 lbs the first day due to sodium intake being lessened. Think of it as 210 to 192.

Why is that such a unreasonable number to believe?

Half a pound a day is not typical, and probably not ideal, but it's not impossible. That said, you've got bright flashing letters telling us not to trust you. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't really affect me if you tell the truth or lie, so whatever.
