Another reason the 10-point-must system is retarded, on the Pride system that would have gone to Jackson. Everybody in the bar thought it would be split for Jackson, but unanimous for Forrest? I want to see the fucking math.

Well Forrest definitely worked for it, that's for sure. That's what I like about him too.

Eh, the decision was iffy. One judge gave it to him 49-46, with the other two 48-47.

Here's how I saw it goin':

    Round 1: Jackson, no question
    Round 2: Griffen, no question
    Round 3: ...questions
Round 4: I give this one to Griffen, just for being the aggressor and more active fighter
Round 5: Same as four, but with Jackson doing even less.

But let me just say...everyone in the room was holdin' their breath when Griffin put the triangle on, but everyone was screaming as soon as his back left the mat...gorgeous.

Also, Griffin needed to capitalize on those two leg kicks in the 2nd. He has Jackson limping, but barely touched it the third round (the second half of the 2nd was spent with Griffen dominating on the ground, passing from guard to side to full mount, and grinding his elbow into Jackson's face). His real issue came later on, 4th and 5th, when it seemed he would either throw the leg kick without setting it up, or only throw it after a combination that left him too close to Jackson.

Word to that, I was in disbelief at that fight. His corner is irresponsible and the ref is a moron. I brought my gf to the bar for the first time to watch UFC, and she got sick from all the blood. Even I felt a little queezy, I don't know WTF all parties involved were thinking.

    I guess Forest deserved that, but I don't see 49-46? I had a 47-47 draw. I had Rampage winning 3 rounds and Forrest with a 10-9 and a 10-8.

My net crapped out before the decision. How did Rampage take it? With the way he freaked out at the judges during that one fight on the show I'd had to be anything breakable in his dressing room right now. I predict Forrest kicking the door in half times 10.

Forrest won by 2 points on all the judges scpre card, right?

    Round 1 Jackson 10 Griffin 9
    Round 2 Jackson 8 Griffin 10
    Round 3 Jackson 10 Griffin 9
    Round 4 Jackson 9 Griffin 10
    Round 5 Jackson 9 Griffin 10

    Total Jackson 46 Griffin 48

I think Rampage is a great fighter, so, I am not anyone's side. I think Forrest won that fight fair and square.

I just rewatched it, two judges had it 48-46, and one judge had it 49-46.

    From MMA.COM
"After splitting the first two rounds, Griffin and Jackson fought through three very close final rounds. (In fact, MonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMo nkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonk eyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkey ScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeySc rotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScro tumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotu mCleaning.tvMonkeyScrotumCleaning.tv had the fight scored 48-47 in favor of Jackson). However, Griffin's submission attempts and aggression earned him the unanimous-decision victory on the scorecards that meant the most. The ringside judges had it 48-46, 48-46 and 49-46 in favor of Griffin."

Forrest fought his ass off. The closeups of Lytle's cut didn't look that bad, but it bled like crazy.
