Do you box and do BJJ on the same day, or what? How does your schedule look?

You should box and do BJJ for cardio, which you are already doing.

That's already a pretty intense schedule. You don't need any more accessory cardio if you're conditioning 6 days a week, and strength training will be extremely limited. Consider training 1-2 times a week with 2-3 heavy compound movements at most.

    Day A
Lower body push (A squat variation)
Upper body pull (pull-up or row variation)

    Day B
    Lower body pull (deadlift variation)
Upper body push (bench, dip, or overhead variation)

Perform 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps. Rest 3-5 minutes between sets.

Would it really pain you to type out full sentences?

If your cardio is lacking, 6 days of training should improve it.

Doing a program doesn't mean that you won't be overtrained. How long, what were your results, how much progress did you make, what was your schedule like during that time, etc etc.

It sounds to me like your classes are lacking intensity if you still need extra training after training 6 days a week.

How long have you been doing this routine?

You may just have to give it more time and also up your own intensity in your workouts.

If you have only done this for less than a few months then I would suggest waiting a few more
before you decide to change or suppliment it.
