    At one point in my training I decided that I needed to hit my legs harder so I did a pre-exhaust compound set of 20 leg extensions followed immediately by a set of 6-6-6 squats (6 sets of 6 reps of 6-1-6 cadence). The next few days at works sucked. Oh, and I worked for a cable company up on a ladder upgrading cable systems.

    Hmmm....walk with the ladder, put it on the strand, walk up the ladder with all the equipment. I am surprised I never fell off the ladder.

    my ninth grade year i was in 1st period weight training class and was maxing out on squat going up 10 pounds everytime about 15 times. So i get to algebra class 2nd period and everythings normal, but i get up to leave when the bell rings and i couldnt stand up my legs just wouldnt cooperate so i was stuck in my desk.
