If teachers today continue to promulgate that story, are they guilty of fraud in any way?

Short answer from a guy who neither knows nor cares about lineage:

A tall tale goes from silly to fraudulent when the teller uses it to gain an advantage over their competition.

Now then when there is solid proof that a teacher is a bullshidoka what is the course of action that should be taken?

My feeling is that unless there is something criminal going on that can be reported to the authorities that the best that can be done is either create a bullshido hall of shame or simply add there names to the bullshido encyclopedia. Does any body else have any ideas?
