According to this:
Dana White has absolutely no intention of changing or adding to their current weight class structure. Go figure.
I guessed as much. No organization today is deep enough to add that many weight classes and still get fan interest for title fights.

Weightclasses and no smothering = gayer than 3moose1 and Qdot in a turkish bathouse together.
Downward elbows = Awesomeness.
Lack of knees to downed opponents = A letdown of massive proportions.
