Thx. I was going to find it today.. but you did it for me.. So it was only intervall running? I thought it had something to do with lifting weights or doing push ups..(I am not sure why I thought of that) anyways.. 4 minute at high intensity.. ain't that alot like sparring?
Is this information useful for mma practitioners?
