Yeah, I can imagine that you'd end up cheating after the second or third set, but on the first one? For a demonstration?
Bad form gets you hurt and no doubt people are going to emulate this routine not knowing any better.
The worst part of it is the behind the neck presses which will **** your shoulders unless you've already got them built up to the point they can take the strain. -

Are you talking about his use of body english on the upright rows, or something else?
Yeah, BNPs tend to go one way or the other with most folks. Although, really, why anyone would try to emulate the workout of a professional athlete while not being one is kinda beyond me. Randy built up to his current level of fitness, and it'd be ridiculous to just jump right in and try to cookie cutter his routine."Emevas,

Yeah, he was rocking his hips a bit on those rows.
It kind of reminds me of how Arnold once convinced that young bodybuilder to scream for the judges when he posed on stage. Maybe Randy's really evil and we never knew. Hmm.... -

I tried this in November (with less weight); it kicked my ass but I was in much worse shape then. I'll have to try it this weekend or next, but I generally agree with the comments - Randy's a pro and a top-tier one at that so I doubt this would be for everyone.
On top of this, it could be like the 300 workout where it's more of a test or a showcase than anything else, I mean, come on, Randy's a freakish genetic specimen, he could have done just about any sport/art and still been able to beat the **** out of most people well into his 'applesauce for dinner via IV' years. -

I tried this tonight with my flatmate and it was fucking tiring.
We've both done a fair bit of weight training before so weren't copying his form, just the routine. Because we were taking it in turns we were getting a lot more than a minute's rest and only did 3 sets of 10kg on each side but can feel it everywhere on my body.
