I'm glad to hear the recommendation for kashi cereals. I eat the Go Lean Crunch and that **** is delicious!

and while we are hanging on all over Kashi's nuts here.
I cannot highly recommend enough their frozen waffles they taste great. I prefer the Honey Oat with White Tea but the blueberry ones are pretty damned tasty as well. Put a couple of spoonfulls of yogurt and some fresh fruit....and up yours, IHOP.

The only thing I don't really like from Kashi are those bars. They suck.

To Emevas: Which part and why?
To Raz: The Granola Bars? yeah, they are a little dry to eat by themselves but if crumbled or dipped into yogurt, they aren't too bad.

Alright, I've read this thread, amongst other things, and retooled everything. That, and el macho screaming at me scared me. Also white shark telling me I'm going to die. I'm going to try this again.
Scrambled Eggs (Does it have to be egg whites only, or does it matter?) (3 eggs worth)
Cereal (Kashi, I'll have to see what flavors are available) + Skim Milk
Either chicken, or a turkey sandwich
Mixed Nuts (Unsalted, for future reference)
Turkey Sandwich or chicken breast
Carrots or Broccoli
Sandwich of some form
6:00 pm & 9:00 pm
Dinner, cooked by Ma (Usually a "southern" dinner, consisting of some meat [pork, chicken, beef], a myriad of vegetables, and potatoes/Macaroni and cheese that I plan to skip in favor of more beans).
Drink: Skim Milk
The problem with my 9:00 and 3:00 slots is that I'm usually seeing patients, so whatever meal I have I'm scarfing down literally as fast as I can.
TeM: I clicked the stickies, and saw the 7 nutritional habits. Is that the aforementioned sticky?
Is this better or worse?

Nah, he's right. At first when my girlfriend bought it I didn't want anything to do with the stuff, but the kashi toasted graham and vanilla is actually riduculously delcicious- I can't get enough. It tastes like freakin pancakes, has good fat and whole grain for a cereal and great fiber content (like 20g or something crazy).
Someone said something about protein shakes, you should really check into that. They are quick and efficient and depending on what brand/flavor you buy can taste really good too. Your body will thank you for it."This is why we are here.
