Daniels also got hit in the chin with a fairly decent right hook if I recall correctly. His hands were down at his chest the whole time too and he bounced around like a sport karate fighter.

Not to my knowledge. Most of the WCL's top guys were sport krotty fighters because of the similar setup and rulesets.
Daniels was hyped as the guy that would bring legitimacy to the WCL the same way Andy Souwer did for Shootboxing and its spandex wearing fighters. This will only hurt the WCL's reputation further and inspire some nice "LOL Krotty" footage for future videos.
Can't say I'm sorry to see it though. After that entrance and his interviews...egads.
