Anderson might be the better striker, but I don't think the difference isn't enough to where Silva could dominate him in standup. Most fighters vs. Silva absolutely must get him off his feet ASAP or get brutalized. It's just a shitty situation to be in, because instead of being able to play a proper game, you're pretty much forced to go for takedowns whenever possible, because you don't really have the option to stand and wait for a good opportunity.

I think someone like Machida who is -at least- good enough to stand with him and not get owned at will might find themselves doing better than, say, a really really good wrestler, even if wrestling is Silva's "weakness".

Anyways, as was pointed out to me in the other thread, I forgot both are from Black House, so this fight won't happen. I would REALLY enjoy seeing two guys that are so technical going at it though.
