Xtreme Couture supplements and its effects on mind drugs.
Hey guys, I have been taking abilify to control my schizophrenia, but I have also been wanting to go train at xtreme couture.
I want to know how the body responds to mixing abilify with life force, omniflex, Ac ignition, electro force, KRE alkalyn, EPO force and that one that you guys advertise called FRS tired of feeling tired that I've read Teh El Macho recommends strongly.
I would also appreciate feedback on the perfect push up and the perfect pull up, as well as feedback and maybe a link to the benefits of strenght training and kettle bells.

El Macho is very good at breaking down posts and responding accordingly but he's not here right now. Anyway, you are asking three wildly different things in the same thread:
1) about drug and supplement interactions.
I have no comment for this one, haven't ingested any type of medication for years. This is the bulk of your thread and it would have been fine by itself.
2) about physical training devices called "Perfect etc."
I recommend that you drop the "Perfect Pushup/Pull Up" crap from this thread and think long and hard if you want to start another thread with them as the focus (that means don't do it since there is no such thing and = gimmick).
3) about Kettle bells.
This is ANOTHER question in itself and I'm sure you could use the search function on this site or Google and find out all the info you need.
Thaurz, think about your posts/threads. I mean, before posting them.
PS. Notice that I didn't mention xtreme couture. Forget about it, work on your issues first. Timeline = over a year(s).

Tharuz, the perfect push up has been discussed previously. Read the fucking sticky and use the search function please.
Regarding kettlebells, just as with the perfect push up, read the sticky and use the search function. It's all there.
And regarding the products from Xtreme Couture, get a list of their ingredients and talk to your doctor. Seriously.Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
