I was under the impression that to introduce glucose to the body post work-out was to remove the possibility of the body using the muscle's own glycogen stores.

Personally, I would rather eat someothing with sugar that is also giving you added side benefits then something like a can of Coke.

I would have thought that after a heavy workout, your body's Glycogen stores would be pretty empty anyway?

all I know is that most diabetics I've seen who train/lift regularly are stacked muscle-wise... explain that one to me
In summation your argument denotes a lack of intellectual honesty on your part. It is my contention that this matter would best be solved with fisticuffs. I believe I will be victorious in this regard. -
