great school, teacher makes sure your working and give care for all students, great motivation.

    striking:10
    before
YouTube - The Question vs Truepwrz
after a 2 weeks of training there
YouTube - Truepwrz vs Sam Browning

    grappling:10
i have never been to the grappling class but after a day in mma class training i went from being controlled or tapped by squerlli to taking him down and pinning him to the floor at will(that day the teacher only taught wrestling and striking so i didnt learn how to finish)

so imo i would never leave this school for another one

weapons:i gave it an 8 because i got almost every kind of cma weapons there and everyone of their students can swing it good(at least how it looks)

    equipment:10
it got 6 punching bags, 2 muay thai bags, 20 thai pads, a good 15 pair of gym gloves, and 7 pairs of focus mitts

the coach(i can only talk for muay thai and mma class but the rest seem to be mad good too) is great and easy to talk to, he explains technique good and point you out as soon as he see something wrong, motivates you to work hard without putting too much stress, a good relaxing mood but you dont seem to get tired there

we also have clinch class for muay thai, the mma classes have sessions of wrestling once in a while too

for the beginners we have soft body boxing sparring and blocking drills(one attacks a 4 hit combo of his choice one blocks and alternates) at least one in 2 weeks. for the intermediates we have medium sparring with headgears, shin guards, and gloves, once a week. for the advance class the have hard contact sparring with gloves and shin guards once a week and full contact once a month.

Didn't you do this before and it got deleted?

    Needs:
    -Number ratings
    -Explanation of numbers
-Some actual info about the classes and not just an advertising testimonial
