I have psoriasis, so when I scrape my knee, it takes longer for the cut to heal. I'm afraid if I just put a band-aid over my knee, it will just rip off during training. Are there any good knee braces that are durable/flexible enough for training that I can put over my bandaid on my knee?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The answer is always liquid skin. In No-gi consider adding the light neoprene brace from the drug store. Get the one without a patella opening.

thanks so much for the quick reply. I was about to head out to the drug store to buy the knee brace w/out the patella opening but I did not know about the liquid skin. My only concern is that the review said it is very smelly. I do not want to offend any other of my training partners with a stanky smelling knee. Is the smell really that bad?

It is only smelly when its wet. It is odorless when dry.
They are talking about the strong chemical smell it has because it is a polymer desolved ina solvent. The idiots that complain it doesn't work are using it on the totally wrong kind of cut. If it is deep enough to drain obviously you wouldn't put a small bandaid on it so why would you use this?
It is perfect for small abrasions and cuts you get in BJJ. I keep one bottle in my gym bag and one at home.

I usually use a patch of gauze and good old fashioned duct tape underneath one of the neoprene sleeves.
Tell me more about liquid skin. I've never heard of it before. How does it work?

Whiteshark, I've used that on Zebra matburns on my feet, but it almost seemed to take longer to heal? Maybe it was just that it was 'white' looking due to having the barrier over the top of it (so the scab under was like it was wet all the time, in appearance).
Anyway, I still use the stuff on nicks, at least it doesn't leave a bandage on the mat.
FL, 'New Skin' is the one I use, it's an anti-septic, but also forms a barrier. It's kind of like putting finger nail polish on it, in smell and appearance. It makes 'new skin' although it's clear.

I have the Futuro knee brace that whiteshark suggested. It would work fine to prevent scraping, in fact, i would recommend knee braces like that just to prevent scraping
However, for support, its not the best...

That is not conducive to passionate cunnilingus, my friend, let me assure you.
