The thing is, not too long ago that total payroll would have been more than a ppv. Salaries are coming along.

Plus, you can always get drunk and go to a bar and tell everyone- "I'm a UFC fighter!!!", and terrorize some women...

I've lost to Rob Kimmons many times...and never made one red cent for it.
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

So here's a question I've always wondered about... does Zuffa pay for accommodations for the fighter and/or his cornermen?

Because if not, that's a huge chunk of a fighter's purse.

He triangle mounted me the last time we rolled. Granted, he's light years beyond me in skill but that just hurts a man's pride. :new_puppy

Medical expenses for injuries incurred during the fight are covered by the UFC. Medical expenses for training injuries are on the fighter.
