    Right on! Glad to see more people discovering Crossfit, it's by far the best training system I have found for fitness & Martial arts. Usually my only worry is improper mechanics and people not learning the basics. Make sure to focus on perfect form before you worry to much about reps, pace etc.

    I found it through this website and pretty much disappeared from here after I found it.
    Been loving it! Am fortunate enough to have a CF trainer within 15 minutes, so I go to her occasionally for help with form and to some of her classes. Otherwise, I train at home.
    Took me from fat, outta shape student to 18lbs lighter and in way better shape in 5 months. I can't say enough about it.

    I am certified as a Personal Trainer and I teach Strength & Conditioning certifications and I have seen crossfit do more for resluts on every level of fitness then any other training regime I have seen and I hop on a soap box in regards to it any day as well!
