Sadly, I think this is the direction that MMA is going..
Just imagine the phony drama, marketing of toys and lunch boxes and lunatic fan base of WWE and other pro wrestling leagues brought together with REAL fights and the MMA crowd.
It is a financier's/marketer's/shareholders wet dream.
K1 has already fallen into this and other MMA leagues will soon follow ( and yes, for all you ****** nitpickers out there, I KNOW K1 is not MMA) with perhaps UFC the only legit league left standing in ten years..
