I guess it's good that she plans to keep fighting, but I always hate it when someone gets decisively destroyed without any excuses then immediately starts talking about wanting a rematch.

I'd like to see (and shoot) that rematch.

You, I noticed something. People like to post shots of MMA fighters slugging it out, pointing out their lack of good form compared to boxers, but when the **** hits the fan, everyone looks the same. (Not saying boxers still don't have better punching technique than an all-arounder).

I didn't see the fight, so I cannot comment specifically on what Kim had to say recently, though some of what she says does sound a little suspect.

"I just walked out there to touch gloves and she just hit me. She wasn't interested in touching gloves and that first shot is what broke my jaw. My left hand wasn't even up to protect myself -- it was straight out to touch her glove."

"I'll ask for a rematch because I know that I can beat this girl."

"I was in control for most of the fight."

"the scoring could have been a little better"

"go back and re-watch the fight on tape. I promise you that you'll feel differently"

Hard to tell for sure, but her arm didn't look fully extended to me.

This just in, Kim Couture Self-ownage.

"I expected her to come out aggressive and yeah, she was tough. She was strong. It's funny because her gameplan was to come out hard, and so was mine, so we met in the middle like 2 rams. She did a good job of slipping my jab. My plan was that she was going to eat that first jab and then I could go into the clinch and take her down, but she slipped that jab nicely and when I missed it, it brought me in closer to her and that's when she broke my jaw."

So...now she wasn't extending her hand to touch gloves at all, rather she was going for a jab. Geez, you'd think that she'd be able to keep her story straight for at least a week or so after the fight.

Didn't look like much of a jab either. She went out and ate a fist.
